How do I bring Tantra, Tantric practices and way of living into my everyway life. I will share some of the tools I have used to move from at a reasonable pace from being someone who takes workshops to someone who has ongoing practice to ultimately someone who is living in this energetic and way of being. It is a process, but it is worth it. If the festival remains in the festival then it is a vacation, which is nice, but far more important is how to practically bring this spirit and energy into your everyday.
